Delivery and Returns
Free delivery: Customers receive FREE DELIVERY on all orders.
Delivery times: For orders placed before 4pm Monday to Friday, we will deliver within 2-4 working days. This is only for items in stock, excludes direct delivery items and 2 man delivery items may take longer.
An additional charge may be levied by direct suppliers for deliveries within a specified time frame e.g. 9am-1pm. Should you have any particular delivery requirements please enquire before placing your order.
Direct delivery: Certain items within our range are delivered direct from the manufacturer; these items have been identified throughout our catalogue & website and have ‘direct delivery’ written within their product information. These items may take slightly longer to dispatch as some items are manufactured at the point of order and hence delivery may take up to 21 days.
Package removal: Where furniture items feature the package removal icon all waste will be removed on delivery.
Proof of delivery: A signed proof of delivery document will be available from us for a period of 90 days from date of invoice. After this period, we may decline such request for proof of delivery or impose a charge for its supply. In any event after this period the buyer shall be liable for payment of monies due in respect of the goods supplied.
Refused deliveries: We reserve the right to add a carriage charge plus a 20% handling charge, or minimum of £10 whichever is greater, on all consignments that are refused without reason.
No Hassle Returns: We are happy to take a return of goods for any reason and provide a full refund provided that:
1. You let us know that you wish to return the goods within 14 days of delivery
2. The goods are in their original form including all packaging, are unused and all seals are unbroken.
To arrange for the return of an item please call 03451 203 213. Notification of stock items ordered in error must be made within 7 working days of receipt. Please note all goods must be returned with the original packaging in which it is supplied, without this we may not accept a returned item and you will still be charged.
Notice of damage / incorrect delivery / non-delivery of goods / damage or loss of goods in transit:
If upon receipt your goods are damaged, incomplete, incorrect or short
delivered, notification must be made within 5 working days of delivery.
For non-delivery of goods notification should be made within 7 days of
expected delivery date. Claims outside this period will not be
accepted. Goods should not be returned without prior authorisation and
you must quote your account number and relevant reference number. Claims
for shortages or damage will not be accepted after a clear receipt has
been given to our agent. If goods cannot be examined on delivery,
delivery sheets or documents presented to the buyer should be signed
“unexamined” and any damage or shortage discovered after examination of
the goods notified in writing to us or our agent or carrier within two
working days after delivery.
