Trade Customers
We will obtain information about you from a credit referencing agency to check your credit status and identity. The agency will record our enquiry which may be seen by other companies who perform a credit check.
Credit Referencing Agency
We may make periodic searches to a credit referencing agency and use the information to make decisions regarding your account. This may include how we manage your account including your account balance, credit limit and any arrears. The information may also be used for tracing purposes.
Fraud Prevention Agency
If false or inaccurate information is provided and fraud is suspected or identified, details may be passed to fraud prevention agencies.
Am I eligible for an invoice account?
If you are a limited company, private individual, registered charity or public sector funded organisation then you may be eligible for an invoice account.
When you apply for an invoice account a 3rd party credit reference agency will supply us with your credit information and this credit check with confirm if you are eligible.
What will my level of credit be?
Your credit limit will depend on your circumstances and the results of a credit check with our 3rd party agency.
What are your payment terms?
Payment is due in full within 30 days. We offer various payment methods which will be discussed directly with you once credit has been approved.
What happens once I submit my application online?
On receipt of your application, we will instruct our 3rd party agency to carry out a credit check. We will then contact you to discuss eligibility and the amount of credit that can be offered.
