We are open as normal, however we are receiving significantly higher order volumes than anticipated at this time, so we have had to make some changes to our delivery services (please see below).
We fully appreciate the importance of being able to service our customers at this critical time, and 100% of our efforts are being put into ensuring we do what we can to provide the essential resources you need.

We are committed to supporting you and will continue to deliver as normal. Like many businesses, we are experiencing delays on a number of products due to manufacturing and shipping delays, plus an increase in demand for certain items. We are working hard across our supply base maintain a high level of availability and improve delivery lead times for both stocked items and those listed as direct delivery. Our website clearly indicates if an item is in stock and provides expected due dates if we are out of stock. We have also introduced a new feature to offer an alternative for out of stock items where we have one available so look out for this on our product pages or in your basket. Please do check with our Customer Service team for the latest updates regarding availability, especially if the item is required urgently.
Next Day Delivery Service: Temporarily Unavailable – we are experiencing extremely high order volumes, so we have had to unfortunately temporarily suspend our next day delivery service. We’re sorry for any inconvenience this may cause, and we hope to have this service available again very soon.
Standard Delivery Service: Available - due to exceptional demand at this time our delivery times have temporarily been extended to 6-8 working days, we are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause and we are working hard to deliver all outstanding orders.
Delay Delivery Service: Available – select your delivery date for in stock items (please ensure the date you select is 7 or more days in advance to ensure your order reaches you in time). If you are a school about to close for the Summer holidays, please use this option to request delivery for when your school reopens.
Our warehouse team continue to be fully compliant with the latest government social distancing guidelines when fulfilling customer orders and all of our delivery partners are also operating a contactless delivery service for your safety.
