This mBot Add-On Pack-Six-legged Robot add-on pack can be used to replace mBot’s wheels with aluminum beam legs, and thus changing the look of the robot!
Offering a playful way to understand the beam system, robotic structural and motion design, you are invited to reimagine your mBot into a “Beetle”, “Mantis” or “Crazy Frog”! This add on includes 5 types of beams in professional grade aluminum alloy. The structure can be altered in the following ways:
- Beetle: equip the wheels with aluminum beams, mBot is transformed into a Beetle walking on its 6 legs.
- Mantis: mechanically connecting 2 front legs to the wheels of your mBot, it becomes a Mantis.
- Crazy Frog: replacing the original wheels by 4 legs, your robot mimics how a frog is dashing across the road.
- Explore multiple ways of motion design. This add on pack for the mBot series will allow children to extend the fun of building by exploring their creative and critical thinking skills.
