The DooD features a clarinet mouthpiece, typically found on one of the Nuvo Clarineo models, snap-shut ligature, adjustable thumb rest and recorder-style fingering. Pitched in C, this instrument is designed to allow younger children to start learning the basics of the clarinet earlier than usual and the instrument also makes the transition to a clarinet much easier for everyone.

DooD is an excellent choice for classrooms and, with its durable, polymer body, silicone keycovers and bell it is 100% waterproof and very easy to clean. Each DooD outfit comes supplied with a durable carry bag, fingering chart, and 2 x synthetic Nuvo reeds, however, you can also use traditional Eb cane reeds so it is very easy to replace them.
