Unlike a static pad, the rolling shape challenges players to track a moving target, adjust their feet and tackle with control. With two different sizes, it is well suited to PE lessons, junior club sessions and mixed-confidence groups as well as senior school, college and club environments where coaches want to develop sharper approach lines, low body height and confident completion.
